So Kasumi is a:

1) Hacker from an advanced technological society
2) Stalker (sort of: in a mostly non-creepery, observing while cloaked way, though she's been known to hang around and watch hot guys work out while cloaked too...)
3) Thief (of the cat burglar/museum heist variety)

These aren't powers; they're just things she put a lot of time and effort into. I should say that I can't think of a situation in which Kasumi will ever hack, stalk or steal from a character without me first getting in touch with you, the player. So consider this more about getting your permission to approach you about these sorts of plots than getting your blanket permission to do them without prior notice.

He's able to hear breathing/heartbeats from a distance if he purposely tries. So it's possible, but with some effort. I'm all for it though.
